Dale Ted Watkins' tutorial is a men's over-directed crop haircut with a pure blend of scissor-over-comb and clipper-over-comb techniques worked technically through the interior in the top. Dale uses over-direction and horizontal sections to gain an acute angle towards the fringe. He adds his own brand of bespoke tailoring to finish, and dresses with authentic wax for a true 1950's psyschobilly quiff that has never dated.
