Nathan Walker

Nathan Walker is a colour guru dubbed the colour doctor by his celeb clients who want to chop and change their shade as often as their outfits. Nathan joined Trevor Sorbie aged 17, and has now been there for more than 20 years; there’s literally nothing about the salon’s philosophy, techniques or background that he doesn’t know.  His impressive celeb clientele reads like a who’s who of gorgeous ladies: Cheryl Cole, Gemma Arteton, Donna Air, Louise Redknapp, Helen Mirren, Gillian Anderson, Emma Bunton, and Denise Van Outen to name a few. Not surprisingly, Nathan Walker holds the L’Oreal Colour Specialist Degree, and is a member of the portfolio group of artistic hairdressers. He judges the L’Oreal Colour Trophy (regional and young colourist award live final) and the British Hairdressing Awards, and was shortlisted in the Creative Head Most Wanted Awards Colour Expert category. Nathan is part of the three-times winning Artistic team in the British Hairdressing Awards and an expert in technical hairdressing, he’s also the group’s resident expert on hair shaping from digital perming to permanent straightening to Kerastraight. Nathan Walker has created many techniques for all of the Trevor Sorbie collections, and as one of the hottest technical talents in British hairdressing, Nathan Walker is a name to watch.
