The video interview with Patrick was recorded following his tutorials in November 2009 and offers an insight into the world of one of the most in-demand and popular hairdressing educators. 

Patrick Cameron’s talent, vision and never ending enthusiasm has taken him from his hometown of New Plymouth, New Zealand, to standing ovations in the words greatest hairdressing arenas. Quite simply, Patrick has turned the world of long hair dressing on its head, producing fabulous breathtaking collections, showcasing his talent for all that is glamorous. At the same time during his demonstrations he creates stunning long hair looks so simplistic that even a novice hairdresser can feel confident enough to try it for themselves.

Patrick’s inspiration is far reaching, from the Tango Salons of Argentina to Arts & Crafts Movement, Burlesque and of course the red carpet glamour of the Oscars. Renowned for his energetic and effervescent personality, he is both friendly and approachable, always making time for everyone, inspiring others in the industry to achieve their goals and believe they can create long hair looks – just like Patrick!

Patrick works with a team of handpicked experts; Marco Erbi, creative director and designer of the exquisite couture that is a trademark of each Patrick Cameron Show, Marco Everard who co-ordinates the Patrick Cameron Training School and Patrick’s merchandise along with Susan Callaghan Patrick’s business partner. Together they make a formidable team.

His global presentations are electric, with live opera singers, elegant models, graceful dancers and couture fashion, all showcasing Patrick’s work beautifully.
