The MyHairDressers.com Interview Series continues with an interview with one of the UK's most sought after session hairdressers, James Rowe. 

From childhood visits to his mother's Birkenhead salon to styling hair for the leading fashion shows worldwide, James Rowe has spent over ten years establishing himself as one of London's most talented up and coming hairdressers.

James began with Toni and Guy before landing a job at Vidal Sassoon in Manchester. By 2000 he'd begun teaching at the Sassoon Academy in London's Bond Street, before giving it all up to pursue his dream of becoming a session stylist, travelling the world, working photo shoots, often for free, just to gain experience and learn from some of the world's greatest creative hairdressers.

His hard won success has seen him work backstage at some of the biggest fashion shows, shoot for most of the world's biggest fashion magazines and in 2008 he was crowned Avant-Garde Hairdresser of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards.
