News - Summer Shoot - Stacey Broughton & Charmaine Piche

The last days of the MyHairDressers.com video shoot saw the great Stacey Broughton back in the studio to record four hairdressing tutorials with Charmaine Piche. Stacey began with one of his popular headblock haircuts, before progressing onto models for a short, medium and long haired look. Charmaine added the colour, recording two videos in the process.

As a special treat, a third colouring video was recorded with MyHairDressers.com subscriber Paul Phillips. Paul had contacted Stacey through Facebook asking to assist and we granted his request. Stacey recognised a talented hairdresser during the shoot and asked him to produce a shampoo and rinse tutorial for our forthcoming NVQ / IVQ 2 student pack. Paul told us, "I use MyHairDressers to teach in the salon and think it's an amazing tool. I'm a huge fan of Stacey's and because we share interests in Volkswagon Camper vans, surfing and hairdressing, I cheekily asked to come and assist. I never thought I'd actuality end up recording a tutorial for MyHairDressers.com!"

Stacey said, "We've produced something for everyone this time round, from beautiful commercial shapes to long hair and a more progressive technical short look. It's been a great shoot with some really talented hairdressers and I think we're continuing to push the standards on each successive shoot."
