Tracy Hayes’ salon basic colouring tutorial introduces a colour remover from Rusk which is designed to take out permanent hair colourant or heavy build up of colour.
It does not affect the natural colour and is perfect to use on fine hair, or hair that has a build up of many colour applications which, if you were to use bleach, would be too damaging to the hair. The hair is then toned with rich, warm red and gold tones.
