News - Stacey Broughton to appear on ScissorBoy

The new MyHairDressers.com studios were a hive of activity as US based ScissorBoy joined us to film two episodes with Stacey Broughton. Presenter Andrianna Christofi joined us along with ScissorBoy himself, Grant Romundt, as Stacey cut the hair of models Anita and Monica in our brand new fitted Salon area, designed and supplied by Salon Ambience. 

The MyHairDressers.com team was on hand to film and photograph the action, with 'as-it-happens' reports live on Facebook, while make-up artist Melissa Rose Bourne made the models look gorgeous. 

This was Stacey’s first video shoot in the new studios, and he’ll be returning later in March to record more of his always-popular MyHairDressers.com tutorials. In the meantime, Stacey fans can catch his first ScissorBoy episode on 25 April 2011. 

After the shoot, Stacey told us, “I thought it was brilliant today. It was very fluid and easy compared to what we normally do on MyHairDressers.com. We had more pace on the haircut, so it was really good.”

Grant told us, “I think it was a really good first collaboration with MyHairDressers.com. We worked together really well, things flowed brilliantly, so it was easy – a piece of cake!”
