We are very pleased to introduce Aveda Master Colour Technician Bruno Elorrioroz to MyHairDressers.com in his first hair colouring tutorial - panel colouring dark roots to warm tones.
 
Bruno’s salon creative colouring technique uses a multi-level sectioning pattern, with three colours working from roots to ends, gradually going lighter. Bruno enhances Bastian Casaretto’s salon classic haircut by melting deep, rich colours to complement the natural colour of the hair, adding a deep aubergine, moving to a dark brown with red and violet and finishing with a golden, rich brown.
 
The idea is to create a melting composition from very dark on the top of the head, to purple and to a warm lighter brown. The combination of colours used is a subtle seasonal variation on the dark to light rootsy look which has been so popular through the summer of 2010 and is a perfect complement to dark winter fashion lines.
