News - MHD Now in Four Languages

The new additions makes the site the only hairdressing training site in the world to have content available in four languages - English, Arabic, Korean and Russian. With more Licensees joining us all the time, this will expand throughout 2012 bringing valuable hairdressing education to more people than ever before. As each new site is developed it will be mapped to the national curricula of the territories, ensuring students and tutors have access to the most relevant information for their training needs.

CEO of MyHairDressers.com, Mark Butcher told us, "We've been working closely with our Licensees to develop sites specific to their local requirements and various government educational bodies around the world are lending their support and expressing interest in the MyHairDressers.com educational support tool, which is designed to integrate with training and education in both academic and modern salon environments.

"We've worked closely with UK Trade and Investment, the British Chamber of Commerce and The Franchise Company to ensure that our product maintains the highest standards and meets all regulations internationally. We really appreciate the help and feedback we've had to enable this project to become such a huge success.

"Our dedicated team is underway with the Russian and South Korean sites and we are talking to other bodies such as TAFE in Australia to develop even more products and services to colleges, students and hairdressers. I am now looking forward to talking to other potential partners to bring MHD to more countries in 2012.

"The first International Licensed site was launched at Beautyworld ME in Dubai, in partnership with Salon Educators and L'Oreal Professionnel and has been a resounding success. The new sites in the Russian Federation and South Korea offer us a chance to bring the product and our amazing video tutorials to an ever larger number of subscribers."

The new sites will be available in South Korea and The Russian Federation in late 2011.
