Short haircuts are going to be big in 2011, and there’s a variety of ways in which it can be cut, shaped and dressed. Graduation and layering techniques can be used for short hair, while using over-direction and elevation can add shape. Different scissor techniques can be used to add texture and interest.
Recently, celebrities such as Harry Potter’s Emma Watson and The Saturdays’ Frankie Sandford, have brought back the short look, while the classic perennial Audrey Hepburn pixie look is set to make another comeback this year.
