The weekend began with more of Stacey Broughton, joined by Charmaine Piche to produce a beautiful classic salon shape on model Jess.

Stacey said, "This is continuing the theme of using simple and fundamental techniques and putting them together to make something beautiful. It's a classic graduated shape with beautiful lines and works really well in the salon."

On Sunday we took a different direction as Osteopath Diana Leake joined us for some essential posture and exercise videos for the new Health and Safety section. Hairdressers can suffer from a variety of physical problems, from back ache, foot problems and Repetitive Strain Injury and the exercises in these videos have been specially designed to keep your body in perfect shape whilst working in the salon.
