“Referencing Richard Mortimer’s Ponystep magazine and the photographer David Hughes, this look combines 50’s pin-up girls with 18th Century debutantes juxtaposed with hard edged glamour. I wanted to put the hair into the context of a real video shoot, with a mood video that gives the shape a reason to be - the purpose of the hair is to be filmed, photographed or seen on the catwalk.”
