How much does the subscription cost?

Single user licenses are designed for those using for personal development and continued learning.

Membership is US $15 (non-refundable) and is charged upon joining. Membership will then automatically renew every 30 days thereafter at US $15.

When I log in it says ' Log in Failed'?

If you try and log in using your username and password and you get Login Failed, then you have incorrectly put in either your username or password or both. Please try again. If you have forgotton your password, simply click onForgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email address in the box provided and then click on 'Retrieve Password'. When I log in why does it say "please register to gain full access to our video/pdf tutorials", when I am a paying subscriber?

It is possible that you need to delete your temporary internet files, cookies and browsing history on your computer for the system to recognise that you are logged in.

Go to the TOOLS section click on INTERNET OPTIONS
Delete Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History and click on Delete, then OK. 

Once you have done this shut your Internet down and then reopen and go to, once you log on your should now be able to view the videos in full.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Simply click on Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email address in the box provided and then click on 'Retrieve Password'. The system will then reset your password and email it to you. To help ensure you receive our password reset emails please add and to your address book or safe senders list. If you do not receive our password reset email please check your SPAM or JUNK folders before contacting us.

How do I change my password?

Once you are logged in, go to the 'Members' area of the site (link at top of page) and then click on 'Member Profile'. Now enter your new password and click 'Update'.

I've inputted in my email address to register and it says "email already exists"?

It may be that you previously logged into the site registering your email address with a password, but not completed the subscription process. If this is the case you will not be able to register again with the same email address, but simply log in using your email address and click 'forgotton password' - this will re-set the site and send a new password out to you. Once you have received this then log into the account using your email address and password.

It says that I need to confirm my email address?

When you subscribe to the website we have to confirm that the email address is accurate.  We would have sent you an email asking you to click on the link to confirm your email address, once clicked it will then activate your account.  If you have not received this email, please check your SPAM or JUNK folders before contacting us.

Why has my account been blocked?

The system will block accounts if they are logged into two devices at any one time, i.e. on your work PC/MAC then your home PC/MAC or mobile device, as it believes that someone has your password.  It is essential that you log out after your have finished your session on the website to ensure that this does not happen. will unblock accounts during business hours, however outside of these accounts will be unblocked the following morning.  If you have not been unblocked, please contact or use the Contact Us page on the website.

Will this work on my computer?

Can I download your hairdressing tutorials?

The training can only be watched online as streaming video. It cannot be downloaded to a computer. We've provided a step-by-step PDF document that compliments a haircut or colour and help remind you of important steps of a cut/colour after you've watched a hairdressing training video.

Why does the video keep stopping and starting while I'm watching it?

t's possible that your video download speed is slow or inconsistent. In this case, you can try pausing the hairdressing training video until the entire stream is downloaded and then playing the video. On rare occasions, an incomplete copy of a video can get stuck in your cache and never fully download. You can re-attempt the download by clearing your browser's cache or 'refreshing' your browser.

Do you offer hair coloring videos?

Absolutely. Every hairdressing video is accompanied by a detailed step-by-step explaining how the colour was achieved. Hair colouring videos are presented by world renowed colourists.

How often are your hairdressing step-by-step videos added?

A minimum of four new videos are added to our library every month - these can include step-by-step haircuts, colouring, barbering, or session videos.

How often can I view your online hairdressing videos?

There is no limit. You can access the videos as often as you like 24/7, 365 days of the year.

Do you offer educational discounts for salons or educators?

Absolutely. If you are a salon and would like to provide your staff with the latest hairdressing training techniques and styles, or an educational institute wanting to provide students with online eductional material please contact us to discuss discounted prices. What are your payment methods?

It is possible to purchase a subscription via the website with an up-to-date credit card. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard cards. Simply click on the Subscribe button and follow the payment process - this will take you through to our secure payment partner.

How do I cancel my subscription?
