How much does the subscription cost?

Single user licenses are designed for those using MyHairDressers.com for personal development and continued learning.

Monthly 
Membership is US $15 (non-refundable) and is charged upon joining. Membership will then automatically renew every 30 days thereafter at US $15.

Annual 
One Year’s Membership is US $150 (non-refundable) which is charged upon joining. Membership will then automatically renew every year thereafter at US $150.00.


When I log in it says ' Log in Failed'?

If you try and log in using your username and password and you get Login Failed, then you have incorrectly put in either your username or password or both. Please try again. If you have forgotton your password, simply click on Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email address in the box provided and then click on 'Retrieve Password'. The system will then reset your password and email it to you. Please note that the email will come from no-reply@myhairdressers.com. If it still does not work, please contact admin@myhairdressers.com.

When I log in why does it say "please register to gain full access to our video/pdf tutorials", when I am a paying subscriber?

It is possible that you need to delete your temporary internet files, cookies and browsing history on your computer for the system to recognise that you are logged in.

Internet Explorer
Go to the TOOLS section click on INTERNET OPTIONS
Click BROWSING HISTORY
Delete Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History and click on Delete, then OK.

Once you have done this shut your Internet down and then reopen and go to www.myhairdressers.com, once you log on your should now be able to view the videos in full.

Safari
Click SAFARI in the top left corner
Click Empty Cache
Click History in the top bar.
Click delete history at the bottom of the drop down menu
Click Preferences in the Safari menu
Select Security
Select Cookies
Click Delete

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Simply click on Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email address in the box provided and then click on 'Retrieve Password'. The system will then reset your password and email it to you. To help ensure you receive our password reset emails please add admin@myhairdressers.com and no-reply@myhairdressers.com to your address book or safe senders list. If you do not receive our password reset email please check your SPAM or JUNK folders before contacting us.

How do I change my password?

Once you are logged in, go to the 'Members' area of the site (link at top of page) and then click on 'Member Profile'. Now enter your new password and click 'Update'.

I've inputted in my email address to register and it says "email already exists"?

It may be that you previously logged into the site registering your email address with a password, but not completed the subscription process. If this is the case you will not be able to register again with the same email address, but simply log in using your email address and click 'forgotton password' - this will re-set the site and send a new password out to you. Once you have received this then log into the account using your email address and password.

Will this work on my computer?

Can I download your hairdressing tutorials?

The training can only be watched online as streaming video. It cannot be downloaded to a computer. We've provided a step-by-step PDF document that compliments a haircut or colour and help remind you of important steps of a cut/colour after you've watched a hairdressing training video.

Why does the video keep stopping and starting while I'm watching it?

It's possible that your video download speed is slow or inconsistent. In this case, you can try pausing the hairdressing training video until the entire stream is downloaded and then playing the video. On rare occasions, an incomplete copy of a video can get stuck in your cache and never fully download. You can re-attempt the download by clearing your browser's cache or 'refreshing' your browser.

Do you offer hair coloring videos?

Absolutely. Every hairdressing video is accompanied by a detailed step-by-step explaining how the colour was achieved. Hair colouring videos are presented by world renowed colourists.

How often are your hairdressing step-by-step videos added?

A minimum of four new videos are added to our library every month - including two step-by-step haircuts and two step-by-step colouring videos.

How often can I view your online hairdressing videos?

There is no limit. You can access the videos as often as you like 24/7, 365 days of the year.

Do you offer educational discounts for salons or educators?

Absolutely. If you are a salon and would like to provide your staff with the latest hairdressing training techniques and styles, or an educational institute wanting to provide students with online eductional material please contact us to discuss discounted prices. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR TELEPHONE No. IF YOU REQUIRE A QUICK RESPONSE.

What are your payment methods?

It is possible to purchase a subscription via the website with an up-to-date credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB or Diners Club cards. Simply click on the Subscribe button and follow the payment process - this will take you through to our secure payment partner Netbanx.

If you do not have a valid credit card it is possible to purchase a subscription via Paypal.

Alternatively it is also possible to take an annual subscription payment over the telephone please contact us during office hours (0900-17:00 UK Time, Monday-Friday) on 00 44 (0)1702 425 190 to do this.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please include your full name, username (email address) and/or your Netbanx reference number in all correspondence.

IMPORTANT 1. Notice is required a minimum of three business days prior to your next billing date to avoid further charges. 2. I've submitted a query but have received no reply - why not?

We aim to respond to all queries by email within two working days. If you have received no response from us within a few days it is possible that our email has been rejected by your email client as SPAM. Please check your SPAM folder before contacting us again. Please note that the Unsubscribe button on the email is for newsletter only and will not unsubscribe you from the website.
